Thorin's last words

Hello, Beloved friends and followers!
Today's topic it Thorin's last words (from the Hobbit)
The quote is-
"Farewell Master Burglar, go back to your books, and your armchair, plant your trees and watch them grow... if more people valued home more then gold... this world would be a merrier place."
(you) "Now... Ben... dude... WHY THE HECK WOULD YOU TALK ABOUT THIS!?!? *whimpers* it's so sad..."
chill guys, I didn't choose this quote to make you cry... I chose it because we take so many things for granted LIKE books and armchairs even down to things like watching trees grow.
Our society makes it so normal to have those things... books and armchairs.
you "Benji books and armchairs are boring"
I know but that is my point, we don't understand or think about the people out there who would kill to sit in a nice comfy armchair and read a nice little book.
We have taken that thing and made it so normal to have we don't even care.
what I am getting at here is the fact that what Thorin is saying is that we need to enjoy the little thing that we don't notice, the fact that we have food to eat and roof over our heads doesn't seem to matter anymore... we need to respect the fact that we have these things and know that Dwarves aren't just make believe the dwarves are the people who don't have food on their plate (maybe not even a plate) or a roof over their head.
acknowledge that we have so many blessing and yet we still complain we are still sad and bitter.' we all need to stop for a moment and think about the fact that we don't have to complain or grumble cause we have everything we need and we need to be thankful and glad in that.
(Please comment Quotes or topics to talk about or if you just want to talk that's fine too)

that's all I wanted to say
Goodbye, My Beloved Friends And Followers!
